RETURNS & ISSUES
We do not offer any return on these lots and are not responsible for the shipping. If there is an issue with freight, please work with your freight company to resolve any damaged pallets. We stand by the accuracy of our lots and if you have any issues, here to give you support.
New: This is a new products that is in sealed retail box.
New Other (Open Box): This is a new, unused product with no signs of wear. Retail packaging may be unsealed, damaged or missing.
Used: Inspected to be fully functional, may show cosmetic wear.
Salvage: Defective products, for parts only.
Wholesale Lot: Variety of products in different conditions. Please check the listing information to get more details.
We are operating at regular capacity and have increased facility cleaning. This includes temperature checks and have provided our team with hand sanitizers, masks and other personal protection material. We have reorganized our processes and warehouse to allow distance between associates and the lots for sale are isolated from our usual activities.
